Demeter... is a bit of a blank for me, I mean my own Demeter got designed by someone else (/fail) so yeah, no help D8

Except maybe I'd like her to be black.

Hmm, make her hold a Cornucopia ;3
Maybe some more plant-like accessories or real plant wreaths, leaves and berries.
You can use bright colours for her colour scheme to represent life.

I think her hair is should be blondes-brownis(the color of the wheat) and her hair need braids(I can't help it that braids always remind me wheat ><)
