Re: Whipping is the way
Galene listened carefully to Jack's explaination about what those symbols meant. Father, Son and Holy Spirit... forming the Holy Trinity? She rubbed her cheek with her index finger lightly, as she was trying to assimilate it all. "So, there's this other God? What is his name? All mighty and all knowing? Zeus would get mad if he knew that God...." she mumbled, fearing the wrath of the Father of Gods.

"He is known as the God of all Gods, and the King of Kings." Aimee replied looking at the ground. She took out a dagger and drew a cross. "He's had many names during the years. Jehova, Adonai....many other names." She drew an other cross on the ground. "A good God really...he gave his only son to save us from our sins....Oh...I better not say that here.....Hermes might try to throw me pact to my time again" She chuckled putting her dagger away. "Sorry for my rambling Galene.""

"Umhm that one" Jack agreed, he'd only come to know God as...God...or the Holy Father, so all them other names were a loss to him. "They have an equivilant to Hades aswell, but he's called Satan, he's more my expertise than God..." Jack smirked, he had always enjoyed the lessons learning hell and Satan for some odd reason he couldn't quite put his finger on. Hell just seemed a...well...helluva lot funner than Heaven. "Aye...hell may have the best songs..but heaven has the best dancers.." he murmered out of the blue while he drew a pentagram next to Aimee's cross.

"Pleeease...."Aimee groaned a bit. "Lets not talk about religion or about Gods, and the other "gods...." She laid on her back looking at the sky. "I'm doing my best not to think about my town." She sounded a but sad and annoyed when she said that. Aimee's eyes widen when she saw what Jack drew over her cross. "Ah..!!" Annoyed? Yes she was but she said nothing. She didn't want to get too deep into the conversation. Before she rolled to her side looking away from Jack and Galene, she threw her dagger that landed perfectly on the pentagram cross.

Galene looked at both the cross and the pentagram. "Funny..." she mumbled with a smirk "The pentagram is prettier then the cross. I guess that means evil tries to gain soldiers with the beauty of things sometimes." she said, drawing a snake under the cross and the pentagram. "A god that sent his son to pay for our sins... interesting. The problem is... sins keep coming." she said with another smirk.

Jack whipped his hand away from the dagger and frowned at Aimee, "now what was that for...ey?" hhe prised the dagger out of the dirt and looked over it with a trained eye. "You threw it quite well saying its unbalanced" he muttered in approval and continued twiddling the blade around his hands, his slender, experienced fingers avoiding the sharp edge. "Oh yes, sins are always sooo much fun~ lemme see theres.." Jack proceded to draw nine circles around each other, looked proudly and then pointed to the first, outside circle "That ones the first circle of hell and thats called limbo...its not really that much of a punishment...more like grieving" He continued inwards pointing to each circle. "Thats Lust...Thats Gluttony...Thats Avarice....Thats Wrath...Thats Heresy....Thats Violence...Thats Fraud and the coldest right there~" he pointed at the middle, ninth circle "Is treachery and Satan lives right in the middle" He stuck the dagger into the middle of the circles and smiled at his acheivement. "I'm happy I remembered that..me memory's shocking most times" Jack chuckled, picked the dagger out the middle of the drawing and scratched the back of his neck and head with the point.

"I find this interesting.... the nine circles.... I wonder if there's a ten." she mumbled almost to herself as she traced the circles once more. "Treachary.... the most comitted sin I must say." she growled lightly "And good for you even though this has no use in the Athenaeum."

"I'm not treacherous" Jack growled lightly, treachery was one of his touchy subjects...a no go area so to speak. "Besides most of us'll go to hell anyway, if there is one...do you know how hard it is to be pure enough to go up top" he pointed the dagger upwards, brows furrowing in frustation and then he threw the dagger backwards lazily. "There's your dagger back poppet, forgot I had it~" he glanced over he shoulder with a sly smile.

Aimee looked at him with the corner of her eyes. "Thanks...." She didn't move to get it, she was actually tired from the practice she had with Galene earlier. "Scoot a bit back Jack..." Placing her hand on his chest, she pushed him back very softly so she could lay on her back and looks at the sky. "...and stop calling me poppet.....mate." Probably stupid how she said it but she didn't care.

"I never said you were....." Galene mumbled and nodded her head "Probably... nobody's pure enough. Not even the Charis." she said, hearing as they layed down and smirked.

Aimee laughed at Galene's comment. "Not even Sylphaea?" She grinned looking at the sky, her scar hand was up covering the sun from her eyes. The whip cut she had was still there, but it did not bleed anymore."Haha...I wonder what my dad will say when he sees this." She chuckled.
