The Fields are simply what they are, fields. They stretch out almost endlessly to the front and back of the Athenaeum all the way to toward the horizon. The Fields are just a slightly hilled stretch of grasses and wildflowers and bushes where it gets closer to the forest. They are a nice place to relax and stretch out as the sun is nearly always shining (Unless Zeus is mad again) and the plants never die (Unless Demeter is having a fit) so it's the perfect place to lie down and enjoy the day.
