"HaHA! Success!" Ruairi outed, laughing himself at how she'd been trying to keep her laughter in. Works every time.

"Yup, that very wine guy, though I don't like him very much, he seems sneaky," He said that last bit in a conspiring whisper. "But Morph's alright, as long as he doesn't use the long words."

"I wouldn't care, back home the common warriors went to war naked, I saw naked rainbow ponies almost daily. Except it did get kind of chilly in the highlands sometimes..."

Galene looked to the floor so he couldn't see her smile. She took a deep breath and looked up again but with a neutral look.

"Oh, I've heard some nasty things about him. How he lust for some nymphs around her. Didn't you hear what happened last year? A big fight almost happened her between your sponsor and a student. Not even a God can behave and give a good lesson to his students..." she said with a small growl.

Galene shivered lightly and eyetwitched. Fortunatly, he couldn't see it. "Well, that way you would get colds more easily. Your fault." she said, looking up to him.

"Now why'd you go and do that? You gotta practice those laughing muscles before they stop working at all!" He look his hand from her waist and playfully put his thump at the corner of her mouth, pulling it up in a smile. "There, now hold it, HOLD IT!"

"Ah, I must've already left by that time, Padraig and all," he shrugged. "What Dio does is not my concern, I'm here to gain immortality and spend the rest of my days courting pretty nymphs, maybe even a different one every day! Now that's the life!"

"Oh, yeah, a lotta rainbow ponies caught the snivvies," Ruairi shrugged. "We never did go to war much in the winter, too busy keeping alive and and warm. A lotta babies did get born in the fall," he winked again. Sometimes he really did miss home, everything made sense at home.

As he pinched her cheek, forcing her to smile, Galene frowned "But I don't like my smile at all! It looks too goofy!" she said, rubbing her cheek.

"Oh, what a life" she said, rolling her eyes. "Never thought of settle for a bit and just stay with one? Don't you think you can hurt people?" she said, tilting her head to the side. Players usually never learnt and she felt like she was talking with a wall.

"Your village will over populate if they keep it like that..." she mumbled with a sigh. "We have a nice balance numbers of births but yes, most of them are born during the fall. I was actually born during Winter."

"That's because you never use it!" Ruairi said, exasperated. "You need help, rainbow pony!"

"Yes, quite a wonderful life if you ask me. No strings attached and all," he didn't bother telling her that whenever he really got close to a girl he always turned tail and ran, like a coward. "Staying with one, now that's boring! Always the same, I like some change in my life thank you very much," he said instead. Hiding behind himself, as usual.

"Nah, enough babes die during the winter-months, it evens itself out, I was a fall babe myself. During the spring and summer the warriors are usually out on raids, so not rainbow pony babes are born in the winter. Winter-born babes tend to die anyway, from the cold and sickness. They never last very long."

"Ain't I already getting help?" she said with a faint smile to the warrior.

"If you say so. I say you will die lonely in the end. Tough truth." she said with a small shrug of shoulders "I don't see how it can be boring. If you love the girl, why not staying with her the rest of your life?" that's how I would like to be with my nymph, she thought but remained quiet.

"I guess I was a strong baby..." really strong to endure abbuses "Maybe that's why I rarely catch a cold or something."

"HA!" He stepped away and pointed madly at the Snake Lady, wait Ga-lee-nee? Oh screw it, the Snake Lady. "See, we're getting there! Progress, ladies and gents, progress!"

"I'm just not a one-rainbow pony rainbow pony okay?" He said, wanting to change the subject. "Besides, I'm going for immortality, no death, no loneliness and eternally beautiful," another wink-wink at the Snake Lady.

"Maybe it's the snake in you? I've never heard of snakes getting the flu, or cold even, do you get cold?"

"Ssh!" she said, looking around at some people that had caught their attention to them "Don't expect too rainbow pony smiles from me! Consider yourself a privileged." she said in a low tone.

"What if you don't win the rainbow ponies?" she said with a small but evilish smirk to the ginger male. He was only thinking about the immortality but didn't seem to think he could lose.

Galene remained thoughtfully for a second, tapping her index finger over her lips. "I guess not... I rarely am cold, since snakes have cold blood."

"Alright, alright! Privileged, I get it," Ruairi put his hands up in defense for a rainbow ponies before assuming his lopsided smile again. "I think I like it that those smiles are reserved for me."

"Wait, wait, Dio told me about this," he snapped his fingers a few times trying to remember what the sneaky God had said. "Right! I got back home, become tribes leader, and have 9 or more children, of which not all are from the same rainbow pony."

"Cold blood? How can you not be cold when the red inside you are cold?" Ruairi was, once again, utterly confused.

"Don't push it." she glared although he wouldn't see it, so she decided to pinch his neck.

She rolled her eyes at his answer. "You know that you can die in the torname-nent, right? So-" she quickly shook her head and sighed "Nevermind, I see that I can't get you anywhere."

"Cold blood. Reptiles have cold blood so they can endure the high temperatures. I have snakes, I have cold blood, okay?" she tried to explain it in a way that he could understand. Hopefully.

"Ouch!" Ruairi rubbed his neck where she'd pinched him. "That's not nice at all Snake Lady, control your temper!" He said the last bit in jest though.

"Nah, a guy like me? I'm far too pretty to die a young death." He laughed again. "As for getting me anywhere, that depends where you want to take me. Want a little one-on-one time with the pretty-boy?"

"Oh," that was a bit too complicated for him, but he nodded and pretended he understood anyway.

"Control your vanity and I will control my temper." she said and pushed him close with his next words "Well, pretty-boy, do you want to end up without eyeballs? Or with no balls at all?" she said this with a devilish smirk over her lips, her snakes looking at him and smelling the air.

"And you didn't understand it. Forget it, way to hard for you." she said, shoving teh subject away.

"Your snakies like me, remember?" Ruairi allowed a snake to smell his hand, like a dog really. They were actually kind of cute when not threatening to bite his eyeball.

"Don't deny yourself," he said, leaning a little closer. "You so totally want some alone time with me, I'm just that irresistible."

"Who said it would be the snakes to take out your eyes?" her smirk became more wicked as one of the snakes nudged against his hand in delight.

"Well, spending time with a gorgon, now that's having balls. But I'm a gorgon that is spending time with a jerk that like one-night standings... not my thing." she placed her hands over her hips.

"Woah!" He took a dramatic step back. "Not that is wicked, Snaky Lady!" He looked at the snake who had previously been bumping his hand lovingly. "Sorry buddy, but your mistress is not a nice lady at all, I'll pet you again when she's a little bit nicer."

Ruairi crossed his arms. "Alright, but you're missing a lot of fun lady. I really don't get all the mooning over happy ever after and soulmates and whatnot. What bad does a little fun do?"

Galene made a satisfied look and looked up to him again, while her snake tilted her head a bit to the side, slightly confused for the step away of the ginger.

"Well, I don't want to deliever my body to a guy that I don't love nor feel anything close to it. I'm not a lusty wom-an."

"Alright, alright, it's your loss," Ruairi said, shrugging. "I think it may be time for me to go dance with another, or actually preferably not the dancing. I did enjoy your time however." He bowed quickly to her, still a smirk on his face as he debated wether or not he was brave enough to do this.

Oh to hell with common sense.

"I'm going to apologize before-hand, but you've been tempting me long enough Snake Lady." And with that he took a step forward, put his fingers under her chin, lefted it and kissed her.

Galene bowed at him too, a bit relieved that he was leaving but at the sound of his last words, she was rather confused.

"What do yo-" she didn't finished her sentence because his lips were already on hers and she did what she needed to do in times like this: pushed him away and gave him a kick that reached to his neck to the say the least.

She hissed and ignored the people that were looking at them "You do that again, I swear I turn you into stone!"

Ruairi accepted the violence quite easily, he'd deserved it, and the lassie wasn't quite strong enough to actually hurt him. He raised his arms, palm up, with a huge grin plastered on his face.

"Alright, alright, consider it the last time I'll kiss you. However, if you want an encore, you've only to ask." He laughed, finding it all quite amusing and for about 1, maybe 2 seconds it had been quite enjoyable.

"No, no, you really don't understand! You are just one heartless bastard that doesn't know the meaning of a kiss!" she yelled still hissing, her snakes also not quite amused, seeing that her owner was pissed.

"I do hope you never win the tournament, nor be the chief of anything nor have 9 babies!" she said and with a small butt burn on his of her magic, she walked away.
