Just a drifting

Adonia was lying in the grass... not really doing anything actually. She just sat and stared at the sky, looking from cloud to cloud and trying to identify the shapes. She saw animals, plants, people, friends.... then something occurred to her. Clouds were just masses of water vapor right? She seemed to remember learning that somewhere in her classes... maybe she could shape it?

As she lay there, she reached out, summoning her power to her hands, she began to shape the clouds, creating faces and objects... It was most calming

[Eos]

As Eos walked along the edge of the forest he came to the feild, the winds were soft anf the grass moved in lazy waves. It was rather nice out. He stared up at the sky surprised by how blue it was everyday, today was no exception, but there was somethign strange about the sky today. The clouds seemed to make pictures, all of them, not like a normal day when if you use your imagination you can spot something like a deformed jelly-fish. But actual pictures, he saw a dragon, so detailed he could almost see scales.

He walked through the feild staring at the sky until he landed face first into the dirt.

"Fff," he sighed and rolled over. Then saw a pale blue-ish girl laying in the tall grass. "Oh, crap, I'm sorry." He said realizing he had tripped on her.

Adonia was quite abruptly interrupted in her "carving", by a tall young rainbow pony falling over her. As engrossed as she had been in her sculpting, she had not heard him approach. Shocked, she looked the rainbow pony over as he apologized profusely. He seemed fairly young, with blond hair and very green eyes that seemed a bit panicked at the rainbow ponies.

She smiled and giggled lightly, her silvery voice echoing through the field. "Think nothing of it sir" she said looking down at his feet, still across her midsection. "Though I would appreciate the ability to sit up so that I may greet you properly" she grinned mischievously. "I'm Adonia, fourth year Siren of Hera"

[Eos]

"Sorry." he said again as tried to get up with out getting more tangled up with Adonia.

"I'm Hesperos, but you can call me Eos, new rainbow ponies for Zeus." He introduced himself.

((XD Rainbow ponies.. uhm... what was the second rainbow ponies originally?))

"Pleasure to meet you Eos" she said with a bob of her head in lieu of a bow. "Sooo.... how did you come to fall over me?" she said grinning. "I'm sorry for being in the way." she said sheepishly.

[Eos]

"I was looking at the clouds, you weren't in the way at all, I'm just a bit spacey." he admitted. "The clouds are really weird looking today..."

((ffff didn;t know what to write XD))

"Oh!" Adonia laughed so hard she fell back into the grass. "That would be my doing" she said regaining some composure. "I was sculpting the clouds" she sad turning a bit pink and erasing a certain sculpture with a tiny wave of her hand.

[Eos]

"Huh? With water magic?" He laughed. "That's a creative take on it. I'm kind of impressed, being about to use your magic on something so far away." Anyone using magic impressed him, he was a very non-magical being.

Adonia giggled "Yes with water magic. Its tricky..." she said trying to explain. "Its like working on something enormous.... but also infinitely small. Its takes a lot of concentration and power... but very precisely applied" she said distantly, shaking herself slightly. "I'm sorry, I'm rambling" she said sheepishly.

[Eos]

He shook his head and smiled.

"Don't mind me, talk all you like. I have very little magic, but I like hearing about it. A rainbow pony thing I guess," he admitted.

Adonia giggled again. "Well I wouldn't want to bore you" she said with a smile. "However, if you like, I can sculpt something for you?" she said cocking her head and smiling.

[Eos]

"Really?" He asked and smiled. "Alright, I challenge you to make a lilly out of a cloud."

[Achlys Adonia Argyris]

Adonia grinned. "Alright then" she said lying back to look for a suitable cloud to sculpt. Seeing a particularly fat and fluffy one, she pointed up to it saying "Keep an eye on that one. That's the one I'm sculpting" she said as she raised her hands above her as she lay on the grass and felt for her magic.

She began to move her hands along as if she were actually sculpting a piece of clay in her hands, watching the cloud began to take shape. She worked mostly with her fingers, smoothing and pinching them through the air.

"So what do you teach Eos?" she said conversationally as she worked.

[Eos]

"I teach the Spears and Axes class," he said as he watched a big, soft, white blob slowly start to look like a flower.

[Achlys Adonia Argyris]

"Truly?" she said, looking over at him slightly surprised. "Then you're my teacher!" she grinned returning to her sculpture as she spoke. "I use a scythe." she said working on a particularly troublesome petal.

[Eos]

He looked over at Adonia, she was sculpting the cloud as it was a lump of clay. It looked even more like a flower now. It had petals.

"Yes," he said and laughed. "The sythe is a good weapon, it has a nice range." Sythe was a medium range weapon, though you couldn't throw it like a spear or an ax, you would rarely need to.

"Yes, they are rather useful" she said finishing the lily with a flourish of her hand. "I particularly like how one can use it to create some distance between themselves and their enemies." she said propping herself up on an elbow to look at him. "There's your lily" she said gesturing with a smile. "Is it to your liking?"

[Eos]

He smiled up at the cloud, it looked exactly like a large white lilly. Lillies were his favortie flower, he knew having a favorite flower sounded a bit girly, and his favorite being a lilly sounded girly too, but he liked em'.

"Thanks, it's beautiful."

[Achlys Adonia Argyris]

"Thank you sir! It was my pleasure" she said searching his face as he looked at the cloud. "I hope its not improper of me to ask... but... Why a lily?" she asked, cocking her head.

[Eos]

His cheeks turned a darker shade of peach.

"Ffff, a girl I knew a long time ago," he didn't care to get too descriptive. "And I just like them." He clutched a clump of grass.

((XD he sounds so effeminate somtimes, I have no one to blame but myself.))

"Really?" Adonia said warily, eying his bluhing cheeks and his hand as it crushed a poor defenseless clump of grass. "I-is everything all right?" she said looking up at him with concern.

[Eos]

"Fine," he said shortly, and smiled a tight smile.
"I'll see you in class Adonia," he said as he stood.
"Nice meeting you."

Adonia could hear the dismissal in his voice and decided it was best not to push things any farther. "The pleasure was all mine" she said quietly, turning to look up at the clouds once more to search for a suitable sculpting cloud. "I'll be looking forward to it." she said with a wavering smile.
