Covered in blood, bruises, burns and new cuts the Viking walked quietly into the elaborate bathhouse and surveyed his surroundings. For all their flaws they knew how to make a rich looking building, it was like they had made a palace for something as simple and basic as bathing. Bjorn had never been inside a place that looked so expensive. Although he would have substituted a long house to this structure but that was a matter of taste that he grew up with.

He'd admit. The building wasn't too shabby.

Training had strengthened as well as wounded him, the horrific smears of blood weren't all his own and the burn had come from a mishap at the forge as he had successfully broke the rusty cuff off his wrist, revealing were the corrosive metal had damaged and worn away the milky skin underneath.

It was late now, he'd been out all day since dawn and every step he took he had to combat exhaustion. Eagerly stripping down and throwing a towel near the edge of the bath he slid in carefully and the hot water was very much welcome. Whatever anyone may have thought the Dane was a very clean man letting his hair down to wash properly and then scrubbing every intricate feature of his well built frame to get rid of all the dirt and impurities. Bjorns muscles ached deeply and his new purpling bruises that stood out starkly against pale skin sent shooting pains to his bones every so often. The scrub brush grazed a bruise on his chest and Bjorn winced slightly.

The water around his that used to be a clear, translucent blue was slightly tinted red from the blood that had filtered in and the viking relaxed after his wash, keeping only his his head above water.

Then the blonde felt his throat constrict, his lungs quiver, he felt like he was suffocating, drowning in flashbacks. The water reverberated and water droplets dripped from his soaked hair. Every thought was so intense the past felt like the present. The Dane lifted a hand to his throat and traced the slit that ran across it in his mind and when he took his hand away his fingers were coated in slick, black blood. It wasn't really there though and the Dane laughed as he remembered his past vividly, the imaginary black blood dribbled into the water turning it inky black around him. Unreal lacerations ripped open on his arms and chest and Bjorn laughed hard enough to wrack his body. He hauled himself out to wrap the towel around his waist and sit on the edge of the bath as made-up blood swirled and mixed with red and blue. He was still giggling as he reached back for some folded parchment and a pencil and started to draw, having to stop every so often to laugh somemore. Bjorn was a great artist, he could draw extremely life like things straight from memory since his memories were so vivid. Too bad he put his artistic talent toward drawing horrific things...most of his past was awful and bloody so there wasn't much else to draw. He captured the look of horror on the welsh womens face terrifyingly well. Then he discarded the paper and towel and slid back in the water again as his phase of madness passed, the lacerations were gone as well as the cut in his neck and the water was still clear with the tint of REAL red blood, no trace of black in sight. Shutting his eyes he sighed contently and relaxed as if nothing had happened.

((Yup Bjorn suffers from dormant schizophrenia just the hallucination stuff though nothing like the jumbled speech or anything like that. His schizo side comes out randomly and it makes him have giggle fits and spurs his dark creativity...someone can come in and spot his artwork if they want, they'll be wanting to use brain bleach afterwards though xD Plus his schizophrenia doesn't scare him it sends him a bit more wappy than usual so if he's affected by madness then he can't really feel fear, it cancels it out))

Cosette walked into the bathhouse exhausted from classes. She was just a small soft human who wasn't used to fighting. The only thing close to this that she did in the human world was one kick-boxing class... and she wasn't even very good at that. It made her wonder why the hell Apollo had brought her here.

But the prospect of a nice long, warm bath cheered her up. She lifted her head as she saw something with long blond hair, thinking it was another girl, and that she was in the female section of the bathhouse she was happy to have some company. She couldn't deal with that much quite for so long.

But as she got closer she realized... oh no... that was a man.
"Oh crap," she said before thinking better of it. "Sorry sorry!" she said quickly and started backing up.

Bjorn opened his eyes sleepily and turned his head to the sudden noise that had interuppted his day dreaming. The inside of his eyelids was a perfect place to hide away and think. He had to admit...he was a little (LITTLE) more tolerant of women and this one wasn't really a women more of a girl. He cocked an eyebrow at her and looked at her blankly, the icy sheen on his eyes melting marginally, he didn't trust this place yet but still...he had come to the fact he'd have to get used to it one way or another.

"Hvad? Aldrig set en man før"

"Er.. I don't understand... but I'll get our of your way now," she said embarrassed. Her cheeks a dark shade of red.

(Me: BHAHHAHHAHAHHAHAHAH *rolling on the floor* and no i don't think so, to Bjorn's question. XDDDD))

"Hvorfor er du stadig står der derefter?" he asked with a monotone voice even though he was partially amused by the reddening girl. But amusement was about as far as it went and it was starting to border on annoyance. The fact that he didn't speak english wasn't just because he didn't want to it was also because he couldn't...not very well anyway.
The Dane smirked at the girl for no reason, it would have been a heart-melting smile if the person he was smiling at didn't know it was on the face of a madman.

What was he speaking anyway? Something European, she guessed, not Spanish or Italian... or French, she knew French. German maybe? Or Danish.

She had to admit the boy was pretty, with all that blond hair and those bright blue eyes. He was really big though, his neck probably the size of her waist.

She smiled back at him, the warmth of her face traveling to her neck, as she backed out of the door.

"Bye, I guess I'll see you around," she said awkwardly. "Au revoir. Je pense que je vais vous voyez autour," she repeated in French just in case he understood that.

He smiled to himself as he started to sink in the water and he looked once more at the girl.
"Au revoir petite rouge fille" His brothers in Sweden had gone to france and they were much more used to the sultry tones of the natives of the bright european land. Bjorns french was a little rusty and it wasn't his favorite language but meh...whatever, as long as he didn't need to speak english he was good. He waved the girl off half-heartedly (the bathwater must have been messing with his head, that must be why he was being so...tolerant) and probably gave a good view of the damaged, ugly skin around his wrist, not like he cared.

'Little red girl' him saying that only made her blush worse. At least now she understood him. Maybe she would be able to explain herself later, but at the moment she was too embarrassed. All she could do was run to the girl's side of the bathhouse and soak in the water. Going over how stupid she must have looked in her head.

((Made my day, I <3 looove <3 Bjorn >.< ))
