Nah, I browsed deviantart for them. The set is free for non commercial use, and is made by meninasuitcase, a french emoticonist.

You can tell they're his by the unique bouncing. I've not seen anyone who can make emoticons bounce like he can.

I bet it would be even more epic than that o3e

I think it's just a timezone issue. Mnem's on european time, I'm on pacific time, and I know there are a lot of east-coasters out there too.
