Lyra and Galene's room

Galene was sat on her bed as she read a book silently. Her veil let her read a bit so it was no problem for her. She knew that she had received a roommate so she decided to clean her room, placing her shelf on her side. Her shelf had some books, dresses, jewlery and next to that shelf there was a huge painting of the sea. That incredible blue and shiny sea she had back home. She painted it herself and there was a small statue that could be seen on the corner of the painting, near the sea.

The statue of her lover...

She looked at it for second and turned her look away, continuing to read.

Lyra sighed as she walked back to her room, today she'd meet her roommate...well not really meet per say. She's met Galane before, she just doesn't know her.

Lyra smiled as she opened the door and immediatly spotted Galane. "Hello Galene, Im Lyra your roomie, it's a pleasure to meet you." She grinned and moved to her side of the room.

Galene heard the footsteps, knowing that somebody had came in. As Lyra introduced herself, Galene stood up, bowing slightly.

"Good to meet you Lyra, as you already know I'm Galene." her snakes smelled the air, trying to meet Lyra as they did so.
