Eri and Cosette's room

Eri's half of the room was a fascinating hodge-podge of Victorian trappings of England and those of imperial Japan and China. Her bed was of a very dark color, hand carved and covered in a beautifully embroidered black, red and gold bedspread. Her shelves were covered in books of fairy tales and small steam powered dolls and gadgets.

Her closet is filled with gowns and clothing of all kinds, including a few choice sets of boys clothing that she has brought along . The walls were covered in oriental tapestries, fans, and paintings.

Her hoverboard, one of a pair created by herself and her brother, was stowed beneath her bed along with a small dark trunk that always remained steadfastly locked.

Cosette's side of the room is a bit simpler. She could only bring so much with her when she left the rainbow pony world.

Her bed has blue and white covers on it and a big white polar bear stuffed animal named Alderban that she snuggles with when she sleeps. (If anyone brings Al up she will beat you :'D) her walls are covered with a few posters, mostly of her favorite bands. Her prize possesion (her mp3, that's always charged thanks to Apollo :'D) is usually found under her pillow or hidden inside Alderban's paw (which has a cut she made herself specifically so she could hide things like that) but only when her headphones are not attacked to it (they're the big hard kind oh gawds that sounded dirty) then her headphones are under her bed.

Eri lay in her room completely, totally, and utterly bored. It was raining outside, and as much as she liked going out to play in the rain, she simply didn't feel like it at the moment.

She looked around her room dully until a sudden thought occurred to her. She hadn't played with THAT since she came here... but she needed space to use it... It might be ok in the rain, but she had never tested it. And she couldn't use it inside... could she?

Her usual Cheshire grin crept across her face as she made her decision, scrambling under her bed, tossing aside various items of clothing abandoned to dark depths of the bed's underside, to find her hover disk. It was one of a set that she and Oni had created back home. They couldn't go particularly high in the air, but they sure were fun to zoom around on; and the narrow halls of the Athenaeum were the perfect test of the disk's limits.

Emerging from under the bed with that same maniacal grin plastered to her face, she dumped the whole contents of a large jug of water into the fuel chamber, messed with a few knobs and switches and the creation hummed to life floating a foot or two off the ground.

She opened the door and took a running jump onto the disk, the metal footrests closing over her feet as she landed on its surface, and sped out into the hall. The halls here were much narrower than the ones in their large home in London, rounding a corner she almost ran right into - someone - she couldn't tell who at that speed. She got up some speed and swerved up onto the wall and across the ceiling to avoid whoever the person was landing back on the ground behind them laughing and zooming down the hall once more.

(wow... that was fun to write XD I need to design that there disky thingy XD)
