((Don't get bricked he is rather sexy, if I do say so myself XD, those are actually a Greek Myth thing.. but I forgot what they were called... they're basically evil pigeons. XD Oh no porb I'm usually the flakey one XD))

"Now I was thinking would be a good time to use your fire magic," he offered. But then he thought about it... he had seen birds like these before. "You know what..." he thought out loud as one of the birds who looked like the leader flew toward them. "Justthatone!" he said loudly as if it that would make it come out of his mouth faster. Eos ducked, but held up his spear, so if Adonia didn't get it, it would fly into it.

((hee hee sexy men are awesome XD Really? Hmm Mythological creatures are awesome >D I was almost tempted to have her run into a sphinx, but that would require me to come up with some clever riddles... oh... or a griffin XDD wrong genre of mythology but who cares? 8D))

Adonia gulped an summoned her inner fire magic. Her first attempt produced only a small ring of fire that missed the creature as it headed toward them at high speed.

"S-shoot!" she yelled, readying herself to try again. Then, remembering what Aazzi had told her only days before, she reached deep into herself, summoning her fire and fueling it with her anger, embarrassment, and frustration with this whole lost-in-a-dungeon situation.

Fire shot out from her fingers; a bright ,blazing, blue ball of heat. It was messy magic work, but powerful enough to engulf the bird completely in bright blue flames.

Adonia gaped, slightly slack jawed for a moment before looking at Eos nervously. "W-well... that's never happened before." she said with a nervous grin.

Eos smiled at the siren, he had seen her use fire magic, but that was something else. Strange for a siren, but slightly awesome, and useful. He grinned at her. Slightly proud, even though he hadn't actually taught her anything yet.

He picked the charred bird up triumphantly, and started walking again. The rest of the birds rather tamly followed thei fallen leader, or at least the man who caried him.

((You won't be fighting evil birds in his class or anything.. why would you say that?))

Adonia followed her new teacher picking her way between the pigeon-like creatures while holding her water skirt up out of their reach with distaste.
"Nasty little creatures..." she sniffed.

Coming alongside him, she relaxed a bit, though still acutely aware of the little creatures trailing along behind them. She looked at her hands with a slightly apprehensive look, wondering how she had done that. Fire was not her strong suit..

"I'm kind of proud of you," he let her know still grinning, as he spotted a bright-ish light up ahead. "And look, maybe we made it out."

Adonia turned a bit pink at his praise, but still smiled and said "Thank you...." Her head bolted up at his last words. "Oh finally! I do hope so!" she said craning her neck to see. "Its absolutely terrible down here" she said with a shudder.

Adonia smiled and trotted to keep up with the taller man's quickened step, her scale-clad feet padding lightly across the stone floors, being careful to avoid the pigeons.

Adonia's vision went completely white for a minute before her eyes adjusted. "Finally!" she squealed happily, running ahead. "I know I generally prefer the night, but I am SO happy to see the sun!"

Eos started to walk towad the main building, toward the infirmary. And caught himself wobbling, he steadied himself wiht his spear and kept walking.

Adonia rushed forward grabbing his uninjured arm to steady him. "A-are you all right?" she said, her voice filled with concern.

Adonia rolled her eyes, "All right that's it.." she turned to wag a disapproving finger in his face. "I won't have any more of this 'I'm a big strong man and I don't need help thing'." she said with a sniff, taking his arm as he stood there wobbling precariously and placing it across her shoulders.

"You can barely stand strait let alone walk on your own, so I'm going to help you and that's that. Now let's get you to the infirmary." she said as she began to walk along supporting him as best she could.

Eos looked away, embarassed to need the help. "Thank you," he said curtly, even though he really was grateful for her help. His cheeks turned a darker shade of peach.

Adonia glanced at hm out of the corner of her eye and couldn't help but giggle as his blush. He was so very insecure about being helped. She couldn't help but wonder if it was just because he preferred to take care of himself, or if it was because he was being "assisted"a woman.
