Adonia laughed again. The sound finally having some of it usual silvery sound to it as she move along after him obediently. "Well, when I use fire magic, I can barely make a ring of fire" she said with cynical grin at his back. Coming out of her funk long enough to scamper forward and put an arm half-heartedly around Eos, she said "You're gonna get us thrown in the dungeon with talk like that."

"I'm a mentor Addi, the thrower, not the throwee." That probably wasn't even a word, but he didn't care. He had gotten a laugh out of the sullen girl. One arm wrapped around her without him thinking.

((cue 'wonderful wizard of oz' as they skip down the yellow brick road.))

"Ah, right" she said, with a sad sort of smile as he returned her half-hug. "I guess that would just be me in the dungeon then." she smirked.

((WHooo! ... darn it... now I wanna watch that too XDDD the list keeps growing...XD))

"Probably, I'd have to blame someone for the chared remains of the Athenaeum," he joked.

"Riiight" she said giving him a playfully grouchy look, a bit of her usual happier attitude returning. "Well, I get lost down there so often these days, I guess I might as well be put down there for a reason for once. But you do realize you'll have to come save me again If you want me to make it out of there alive," she teased, poking his side jokingly.

He grinned as Adonia made fun of him. That must mean she was feeling better.

"Of course, I wouldn't leave my little sister to murderous danes and magic sucking monsters," he told her with a smile.

Adonia smiled and gave Eos a little hug. "Thanks" she said quietly as they walked along. "Its nice to have a big brother."
