Andrasteia glanced around, looking at all the flowers. "Not really. I kind of like lilies though." Flowers were all so pretty, why pick a favorite? "How about you?" She was equally curious about Zephyra and figured that random questioning was the best way to find stuff out.

"Hmmm, I'm not sure. I do quite like cosmos, the October flower." Zeph replied. "So what other things do you like?" She asked curious.

Andrasteia shrugged. "I like to learn, and I like knowing that I'm good at stuff. I know that sounds a little pompus, but I find that when I get an interest in something I work at it until I'm good at it. I also like people." She was the type of person who enjoyed the company of other people over her own. "And you?"

"Hey, its always good to know that you're good at something." Zephyra replied. She plucked a flower out of a bush and played with the petals. "I think its safe to say that I'm a people person. I can talk to anyone and can get anyone to talk to me" Zephyra said wit ha smile, "I like to try new things, whether it be food, fighting techniques, weapons, etc."

"I guess I'll never get bored while you're around then," She said brightly. Then she smacked herself lightly in the forehead. "Oh! I forgot something. I love the heat, and absolutely hate the cold."

"I too prefer heat over cold!" Zephyra said with a smile. She looked at the sky, the blue sky, so pretty with clouds. Looking at the sky made her miss it.

Andrasteia smiled, nodding. Then she noticed her friend looking up at the sky, and thought about how different life must have been growing up there than her own. "What was it like, living in the sky?" she asked.

Zephyra's smile grew so wide she thought it was going to fall off her face. "The sky, was amazing. So beautiful, breathtaking. I loved it up there. You could watch Apollo drive the sun chariot everyday. Other beings would think it would get boring up there but it never did. I always found a new way to enjoy myself. But I love watching the colors of the sky went it was rising and when it set. So beautiful." She said wistfully. Zephyra almost wished she was back home in the sky with her siblings. They were all so much younger then her, she was the one to look after them and take care of them but when Lord Zeus comes and asks you to be his warrior for the Tournament, you can't say no to him. "How about you, where did you grow up or live?"

She shrugged, looking at the ground. "I grew up in the Underworld, with a bunch of other lampads. We didn't do very much, because so many of them were happy to just sit around and wait for Hecate to get us to do something. I didn't see the sky much, except at night. I guess the best way to describe it was boring." Then she looked up again and smiled. "But I'm glad to be here now, with new people and places and everything. Did you know that some people think that the light of our lanterns drives you crazy?" Andras had always found this funny, for some reason.

"Oh, thats a shame. Raivynne never speaks of the Underworld. Only once I've gotten her to talk about it. She said something about Hecate finding her. Apparently she has a bad case of amnesia, she doesn't remember anything form her life before that moment when Hecate found her." Zephyra told Andrasteia. "What do you mean by the light bothering me? Do you mean my species specifically or some other species?"

She shrugged. "I have no idea. Some people just think that it drives you crazy. It's probably just humans being weird, because I've never heard of someone actually going insane." From the several refrences to Raivynne that she'd heard her friend make, she was getting curious about her.

"Humans, blah what do they know!" Zephyra said with a huge smile. "I think the fire looks cool. Is it true it can also be different colors?" She asked curious.

"If I really want it to...I usually like just leaving it like a normal fire. In my opinion it's best that way." She returned Zeph's smile, the girl's good mood really was infectious.

"Oh thats cool!"Zephyra exclaimed. "Sorry I keep bringing Raivynne up, but I can only compare stuff I know about her and what you tell me. But Raivynne's fire sometimes changes color with her mood. But it only changes t oone color and thats when she's angry. It goes from normal fire to black. It's kinda scary..." Zephyra replied.

"It's okay, all you're doing is making me curious," she replied. "My fire usually stays normal, though sometimes there's just a tad of color on the tips of the flames that are probably reflecting my mood. And yes, black fire is very scary."

"Black fire is indeed scary. I touched Raivynne's lantern once and that was the first of many times that I had seen it." Zephyra replied shuddering. "Sometime you will have to come hang out in Raivynne and my room with us." She said with a smile.

"That would be fun!" She brushed a few leaves with her fingertips, feeling the softness of them.

"I'm glad you think do! Hopefully Raivynne won't mind, I'm sure she won't though." Zeph said with a smile. She plucked a flower out of a bush and smelled it.

Andrasteia laughed. "Well, I hope not. I guess we could always come out here again if she does get mad, though." She rubbed some petals between her fingers, closing her eyes and smiling. It was so nice out here...

"Raivynne may like it out here though." Zephyra said. She looked at the gorgeous flower her in her hands and wished she were a dryad but her personality was much more suited to be a Nephelae.

She nodded. "Who wouldn't?" Andrasteia couldn't help but love just being around growing things, and she found herself wondering if this was because she had spent so little time around them. Well, she intended to spend as much time out here as she could now.

Zephyra was going to give an answer but something caught her eye. It was a firefly, she turned and ran after it. Looking over her shoulder to Andras. "I'll be right back!" She exclaimed.

Zeph quickly caught the bug and then ran back over to the lampad. "Look it's a firefly." She said all happy opening her hand to look at the twinkling bug.

"How pretty!" She found it funny how excited her friend was, though she herself was quite happy as well. Andrasteia loved things like fireflies and butterflies and other pretty insects. "I wonder what kind of flowers it likes to come out here."

Zephyra shrugged her shoulders. Another firefly caught her eye. Quickly she ran after it. "Sorry I get easily distracted sometimes." She said coming back over to Andrasteia.

She laughed. "It's fine. Chasing fireflies is fun." Andras saw one and ran after it herself, having to jump a little in order to catch it. She cupped it in her hands for a second before releasing it and watching it fly away.
