Pajama Party

[ Everyone's free to join, let's get a real party going! Plus I want to see everyone's pajamas xD ]

Andrasteia had her soft, silky bathrobe wrapped around her, with shorts and a soft shirt underneath to prevent any awkward moments. Grabbing her pillow, a soft, warm blanket, and a book to read while she waited for anyone else to arrive, she carried her stuff down the hall to the lounge.

Sitting down on a couch, she opened her book and wrapped her blanket around her legs, glancing around a little self-consciously in case anyone looked at her funny. Now all she had to do was wait until anyone else who wanted to show up to the pajama party joined her.

Adonia tiptoed down the hallways of the Athenaeum feeling rather awkward. She had never been to a slumber party before. After asking around about this kind of party, she head it was customary to wear nightclothes.

Not wanting to show up in scale clothing as she usually would have slept in, she had sewn a simple (or at least as simple as I am capable of deigning XD), but pretty white "baby-doll"-waist nightdress and a powder blue robe. Her hair was loose for once, the ends just barely touching the floor as she stole down the hall and into the Warrior lounge.

"Hello" she said shyly, slipping into the room, fidgeting with the sleeve of her robe.

She jumped slightly before looking up and grinning. "Hey, glad somebody showed up! I was worried nobody was going to." Marking the place in her book, she set it aside.

"Hopefully more people will come, but I haven't seen anyone else yet..."

Adonia carefully slipped into a chair next to the Lampad' looking around curiously. "That's quite all right" she said smiling, still fiddling with her sleeve. "I'm sure more will come soon."

She looked around the room a moment before sheepishly asking "So what are slumber parties like? I'd never heard of them until this one."

She hesitated for a second, her smile turning slightly embarrassed. "You know, I'm not too sure either. I was just kind of thinking that we'd all get together and just...see what happened. You know? But the concept sounded fun, so we might as well try it."

However, she soon regained her confidence and shrugged. "Either way, at least someone showed up. We can have fun anyway."

Adonia looked relieved. "Oh good, I was afraid I'd be the only one who had never been to one" she grinned. "Well... depending on who comes it should be" she paused for a moment searching for the right word as her mind reminded her of some rather 'different' individuals currently in residence at the school. "It should be rather interesting" she finally concluded with a giggle.

Thinking on this, she nodded and giggled a little as well. "Depending on who comes...yeah, it will definitely be interesting."

Glancing around a bit to see if anyone else was coming, she tilted her head to the side slightly. "I hope Zephyra comes...she'd probably know what we're supposed to do at these things. Anyone you're looking to see here?"

Adonia looked away, a mild shade of pink., fiddling with the hem of her nightgown (its on the longer side of mid-thigh length) "No, n-not really..." then catching herself turned to look at her friend again saying "although things would definitely liven up if Lady Amaranth or Miss Tahi showed up" she grinned slyly.

Giving Adonia a slightly disbelieving look, she had to nod in agreement. "Yes, it definitely would. I can see them having a blast with this kind of thing..."

Adonia wrinkled her nose a bit. "I can too. The entire place would be a mess of girly games and boy talk I imagine" she giggled. "I would feel sorry for any boys who got caught up in that scenario."

(Oh that's just fine XD I'm in no hurry. X3)

((Because Raivynne is also my character, I'm gonna include her in Zephyra's posts. I hope that's okay))

Zephyra flitted out her and Raivynne's room dragging the cranky lampad out behind her. Despite the grumpy girl's requests the small nephelae still dragged against her will. "Zephyra! Please can I just go back to bed?" Raivynne asked desperately wanting to go back to bed and sleep. The small girl stopped dragging her and pouted.

"Aw don't be such a party pooper!" Zeph looked to the side to see Adonia and Andrasteia. "See there's other people! C'mon!" She moved to go grab Rai's hand once more but Rai pulled her hand away saying, "No I'll walk on my own."

Zephyra walked over to the other two girls with Raivynne following behind her. "Hello girlies." She said with a grin and plopped down onto a nearby couch. Zeph was sporting a short pastel blue night gown, nothing on her feet, and small wrap around her shoulders to keep her warm. Raivynne sat down on the ground in front of Zephyra, she was wearing a simple long black spaghetti strap nightgown with a shawl. "Hello." She said quietly with a small smile.

"So what have you two done so far?" Zephyra asked curiously. Over the break she and all of her sister's had a pajama party of their own. Raivynne sat quietly, she had no clue what to do at one of these things.

Seti walked out of her room, curious as to who was making all the noise. She was in her usually sleeping attire. A faded yellow graphic t-shirt, with a sun on it, that was two sized so big for her small frame. She could use it as a dress really. And her loose black leggings. Her inky blue-black hair was pulled back into a bun.

"What's going on?" she asked of the small group of girls.

Adonia looked up with a grin at the newcomers. "Hey everyone!" she said with a shy smile, relieved to see Raivynne, another familiar face, there. The small blond girl and the young dark haired one were new to her.

Zephyra grinned. "I don't believe I've met you two before." She said making a gesture to Adonia and the first year who she had no clue who it was. "I'm Zephyra, a fifth year under Zeus. What are your girls' names?" She asked brightly.

Raivynne facepalmed. "Zephyra must you have so much energy?" She asked to no one in particular. Rai smiled to Adonia. "Its nice to see you again. How have you been lately?" She asked the siren.

((Say, I'll bring Eri in in a moment, but I was wondering if boys are allowed at this party. If they are, I will have her drag Oni along XD))

Adonia smiled and rose from her chair to offer a small bow to the other girls. "Its a pleasure to meet you Zephyra. I'm Adonia, Fourth year siren of Hera." she said. "Hey Raivynne," she grinned. "Long time no see! I've been pretty well actually. And yourself?"

"Hnn," Seti looked at the small blond who she thought was talking to her. Probably since she had no idea who most of the people in the room were and they were asking her who she was.

"My name is Cosette, but please call me Seti. First year of Apollo," she said proudly.

Zephyra grinned brightly again and stood up. "Nice to meet the two of you!" She paused for a moment and though to herself. "So what should we do first girlies? Have any of you ever had a pajama party before?" She asked curiously.

Raivynne smiled before answering. "I've been really well to as well quite honestly." She looked at her left hand with gorgeous pearl ring resting on her finger, then looked up again gushing. "Really well."

Adonia smiled, "You would know better than I would I'm sure, Zephyra" she giggled, gently plopping into a chair again, though sitting forward with a start a moment later at the sight of Raivynne's ring.

"Oh my word... You're engaged?" she said excitedly. Though limited in her knowledge of social norms, even she knew what an engagement ring was.

Seti sat next tot the other girls, not knowing what else to do.

"Should we get some food or pillow fight or something?" Being from the 21st century Seti had sitcoms to guide her. She had never been to a real slumber party before... her aunt wouldn't let her.

She listened carefully to what the siren and the other dark haired girl was saying, this sounded interesting.

"You're probably right Adonia. Let's see over the break, my sisters and I had a pajama party. Oh and Amaranth has had some pajama parties...we usually five Raivynne a makeover." Zephyra chuckled and thought for a moment. "We could do that...or we could simply gossip or..." Upon hearing Seti's offer of food or a pillow fight she nodded. "Food is definitely something we could start with, then a pillow fight could work."

Raivynne blushed and grinned. "Yes, Calix proposed a few days ago." She held her hand out so Adonia could get a better look at the ring. At the sound of 'give Raivynne a makeover' the lampad's expression changed. "No way in Hades am I getting another make over!"

Seti stared at the ring... and remembered that Calix was a centaur. So she decided to ask something that had been bothering her for awhile.

"If you don't mind my asking... uhm... how exactly does that work? A centaur and a humanoid?" It was one of the questions that she really wanted answered, but then again didn't.

Adonia was about to get up to get a closer look at Raivynne' ring, but the lampad's somewhat panicked reaction to that thought of another makeover caused her to 'dissolve' into silvery giggles in her chair.

"Oh Rai" she laughed. "It can't be all that bad can it? Tell you what, I'll see if I can rescue you from the torture." Looking at Zephyra she said "You may make me over if you like as long as you don't cut my hair" she grinned, indicating the piles of hair swirling around where she sat.

At Setti's question, she cocked her head for a moment, turning a ever so slight shade of pink. That was a good question indeed... she had never thought about that.
