Ruairi, dimwitted as he may be, had very decent ears. Actually one might call his ears 'radars' as they tend to tune in to specific ideas. Ideas that Ruairi himself may call genius, or simply bloody smart. This was one of the sort of ideas.

"DID ANYONE SAY STRIP POKER?!" Ruairi burst in, appearing with a grin from here to Tokyo behind Jerome (though being as tall as he was the little man caused no hinder to his sight). He let is eyes go from Jack, to Adonia, to Galene (he quite approved of bother of the latters being there for the strippoker) and some other ladies he didn't quite know so well, but did approve of being there for the strippoker as well.

Oh... and the freaky half-lion girl-that-shouldn't-be-called-a-girl-more-like-a-monster was there too. Having her in strippoker didn't appeal to him, but there were still the other lovely ladies.

"Oi, lil' man," he said to Jerome. "You make quite a lot of noise you know?"

Addi cocked her head with a confused expression. "What is this Poker everyone keeps talking about?" she looked around nervously. She hated feeling 'out of the loop'. "I've never heard of it."

Jerome jumped into attack position when Ruari burst in, almost choking on the chocolate. "Oh, you're a warrior. DON'T SCARE ME LIKE THAT, MAN." He readjusted his helmet and shifted his stance.

"I'm trained to make a lot of noise. As you just witnessed with your own entrance, making a loud entrance momentarily confuses whoever is in the room and gives you a chance to strike if necessary.... but to be honest I did it because I felt like it."

"Wait, strip poker?" Jerome grinned. 'I'm in if the ladies are willing to play. And, um, if there are no mentors around. We might get in trouble for playing..." Jerome checked the hallway to make sure it was clear of any mentors.

Adonia gave the newcomers an icy stare. "And why would we have to watch out for mentors?" she said nervously.

Jerome tipped his hat to Adonia. "To be frank little lady, strip poker is not a game the Mentors would approve of, though I approve of it whole heartedly, " he said with a wide grin. "It uh, it builds character. Yeah, let's go with that."

Addi cocked her head. "But then why would the mentors disapprove of it?" she asked, genuinely curious.

"I'M SORRY!" Ruairi yelled back, having jumped about a meter backwards as the guard pretty much jumped at him. Scary stuff man, scary stuff! "Oh... right..." Ruairi made a mental note of the wonders of outing loud noises, though a note he was bound to forget in three... two... one... wait what?

Ruairi cocked his head at Adonia's questions. Why would anyone not know what Strip Poker was? Was it even legal to not know about things so epic?! RUAIRI WAS GETTING CONFUSED?

"But... but... how do... how do you not know... what... what it is?!" Oh yes, confusion reached.

Oooo, the siren really doesn't know what strip poker is. "Weeelll, um, you see... uh." Jerome shifted his eyes uneasily. "Hey redhead, how about you do the explaining?"

Ruairi opened and closed his mouth a few times, yes quite like a fish, before shaking his head. "Strip Poker is what the Gods, actually Dionyssos, invented to get to know the... ehm... nymphs a little better." The stalling was not because Ruairi was embarrassed, there's quite a good possibility that when his momma gave birth to him that she forgot to fashion embarrassment into his brain. No, Ruairi simply hadn't gotten over the fact that the lady didn't know about the divine game.

"Strip Poker is a card game that you play in a big group," he explained when his brain had returned to its normal (yet limited) capacity. "And when you lose you take off your clothes, though not all at once!" Gods forbid, that would have ruined the anticipation! "Just one piece of clothing with every loss. It's fun!"

Addi simply gaped at him for a moment, her own face mimicking his fish-like expression before she clutched her robe around her turning a bright red. "E-excuse me?" she finally managed to squeak out. "Y-you can't be serious!!" she choked out, pulling her robe, which kept sliding off her shoulder, back into place with a sharp tug.

"Hey, it's all in good fun! No one is going to force ya to play, and if they do they can count on a wallop from me, alright?" Jerome pointed at the pirate. "That means me you too drunkard."

Addi curled up in a chair away from the boys, vaguely wondering if she should have stayed on her island alone... "N-no... I don't think I will" she muttered, looking around shiftily.

(shiftily... is that even a word? XD)

Jack sat there with a daft smile on his face and a lolly stuck to his forehead as he swung to his feet and swayed like his body was threatening to fall backwards. He then peeled the lolly off his head and sauntered down from his perch on the candy mountain to put a hand on the guards chest and speak around this close to his face. "Aye, what ya gannin' on about man, its all fun savvy?" Then he pulled back with a daft smirk and swaggered drunkenly toward the celt, to turn suddenly and face him, holding his lolly like a sword "An' yeeeeeee....." he swished the multicoloured candy idly and then continued walking away "I forget..."

Then he got a burst of energy and perched himself on top of the bookshelf and he had wormed his way out of his shirt showing off a impressive chest and abdomen. "Avast ye scurvy dogs, hoist the main sail and gan get me ma brown pants!" Looks like the pirate was still up for stripping no matter if a game was being played or not, since he was already undoing the belt around his waist "Cos these un's be gettin' awful itchy"

Cosette yelped as the Pirate started.. doing things. She had stayed quiet throught the whole strip-poker conversation thinking that it would blow over eventuallly.. but there were a lot of boys in the room....

"Uhm... I think I'll be going to sleep now," she excused herself hastily and walked out of the room, biting her lower lip in frustration and trying to hide her crimson blush.

"WOAH THERE SAILOR." Jerome said as he made his way over to the bookshelf. "Why don't you save the stripping for when we start playing poker? And just how many drinks have you had today, buddy? I can smell the alcohol on your breath from a mile away!"

Addi's only response to her pirate love's strange actions were to blush a furious pink and hide her eyes. It was just like she said.... somehow men just always ended up shirtless around her.

"Aye yer all prudes, every last one o' ye" he huffed and tried getting off the bookshelf safely and failing miserably by falling to the floor and then peeling hismelf off the floorboards. His pants know hung low on his waist and he had trouble walking around with his baggy trousers, but he managed it...kinda, falling onto the guard and pretending he did it on purpose to lean against him like an old friend.

"AYE TROOTH OR DARE!!!" he beamed and the scooted into the circle in between Oni and the lion girl.

"Oh gods Jack, your breath is foul. And pull your pants up man!" Jerome held up the drunken pirate so that he wouldn't fall to the floor, then looked at Adonia. "Truth or Dare is a game where one person asks another person to either answer a question truthfully, or dares the other persons to do something."

Eos walked up behind Addi and stared at the varied group of... people. There was a centaur, siren, some humans, and a drunken water nymph. And a few faces he had yet top put a name to. Which only served to remind him how bad he was failing at this mentor thing.

"What's going on here?" he asked, thinking that was a good question to try out his 'mentor voice' with. The authoritive voice that he didn't use often.

"Nuthin" Jack replied sharply with a hint of venom coming out easily as if the drunken and playful slur of his words had drained from his system. Then he got up, tied his belt around his waist again, left his shirt and left the room the same way the other girl had gone. He had guard duty anyways and he didn't want any tension in a happy room, he just couldn't deal with the a bastard with eyes the colour of envy.

Oh and in true pirate style he managed to slam the door on his way out, then tripped over his trousers when he was out of sight and on his way to the gaurd quarters.

"Well, good thing we didn't play strip poker."Jerome said under his breath as he readjusted himself to salute the mentor. Then he realized it was the NEW mentor, and didn't bother with saluting. "Oh. It's just you. Nothing's happening at the moment, sir. We were just about to play Truth or Dare, is all."
