Eos blushed as his little sister giggled at him, and handed her the strawberry sweets, hoping she'd like them.

Addi popped one of the little sweets in her mouth as she had seen Eos do, and sucked on it for a moment looking extremely cheerful.

'oooh I like these" she said sucking on it happily. "What are they called?"

Eos shrugged, he didn't know what they were called but they were hard candy.

"Just strawberry flavored hard candy," he told her.

Addi snuggled up next to her brother happily sucking on the candy. "Strawberry... That's a fruit right?" she said distractedly, her mind wandering.

She had been rather lonely without Eos there, and was simply happy to have someone to sit with again.

Eos wrapped an arm around Addi, holding her close. "Yep, my favorite fruit," he told her happy. Actually his favorite food in general.

He smiled at his adopted sister for a second, then went back to munching on his candy.

Addi smiled gratefully as he wrapped an arm around her. "I like it too" she said through her mouthful of strawberry yummyness, suddenly looking thoughtful. "Hey... if there's strawberry flavored candy... are there other kinds of candies as well?" she asked.

Eos tilted his head to the side and stared at Addi curiously before remembering that she lived alone for her whole life, before coming to the athenaum, with almost no contact from the outside world.

"Well... yeah. They have a lot of different flavors. I'll get you some things the next time I leave," he told her, both wanting and not wanting to leave again. Allana was in the human world, but so was Kiz, and whoever Zeus wanted him to assassinate (his usual 'errand' in the human world), and he would be leaving Tahi and Addi here. He felt so torn sometimes...

Addi grinned. "I'd like that" she giggled. "It would give me something to look forward to when you're gone."

Addi grinned mischievously. "Any you can find!" she giggled. "You know I like trying new things.... Though I've always wanted to try raspberry" she admitted sheepishly.

Addi fidgeted guiltily for a moment before sheepishly looking up at her brother. "I don't suppose you have any more of those?"

Eos chuckled. Of course, everyone likes candy. He reached into his pocket hoping he had at least one more piece for Addi, and was happy surprised as he found, yes, he did.

"Here ya' go," he said with a grin and handed her the shiny, crinkly wrapped candy.

((Giving candy to little girls Eos? Hmm... XD ))

Addi grinned and allowed him to drop the candy into her hands, pulling off the wrapper and popping it into her mouth. "Thank youuuuu" she said sucking on it happily and picking up the discarded novel with a wry grin. "You ever read this one?" she asked holding it up.

Addi noticed his wince. "A bad ending eh?" she said with a sigh. "And here I was thinking maybe it could still end happily. All these love stories seem to end sadly don't they" she said making at face at the book as if it had done her a great personal wrong.

Eos sighed, not wanting to talk about the damn book. It seemed Addi had learned to hate it as much as he did.

Addi laughed and hugged him, grinning up at him. "Thanks Eos. I could use a good happy one, for once. I seem tohave a real knack for picking depressing books. Hopefully I'll have better luck if you help me choose them."

Eos grinned happy to have made Addi smile.

"Next time Zeus sends me on errands I'll get you a book. Jolynn had one I'm sure you'd love," he told her very matter-of-fact as he thought about the big book of fairytails collecting dust somewhere in his apartment.

And then he realized that he had said her name, without even thinking about it...

Addi clapped her hands happily at the though of a new book, cocking her head curiously. "Jolynn? That's a pretty name? Who is she?"

(Oooopsie ^^; Nice one, Eos. I honestly forget if he ever mentioned her name to Addi ever before, other than in OOC goofball rping on msn XD soooooo Addi shall act ignorant xD)
