Some Very Waterly Practice

[Ruairí]

((I figured, since Ruairi's dumb, so must his topic titles be :B ))

Nothing like a little playing with water. Ruairi's filled up an old vat with water and was now sitting cross-legged a few meters away from it. It was just afternoon, a time when there were no lessons (Warriors were supposed to have lunch, or something, but Ruairi was a real rainbow pony and real rainbow ponies didn't need silly thinks like food).

He moved his hand in graceful moves, palm up, bringing a little string of water from the vat, and it was working! He kept the hand gestures going until the water had reached him, then he shaped it into a circle, and a ball, and then several balls, and then several circles.

Ruairi could, indeed, be quite ADHD with his water.

[Kai]

Kai watched as the tall rainbow pony with the shaggy red-brown hair practiced watter magic. She was going to practice her fire magic while no one was around, but it seemed someone had allready occupied the magic square.

"Hi," she said "I don't think I've met you yet...."

[Ruairí]

Ruairi was startled by the other voice, having been completely absorbed in his water, and as his concentration broke so did the water fall... on him. "Hmmmmello," was what came out as he tried to speak and spit the water from his mouth at the same time.

He coughed. "Ehm, yeah, I'm Ruairi, and this is Padraig," he motioned to the dog that had been lying next to the vat, the same dog that seemed incredibly amused with Ruairi's less-than-dry state.

[Kai]

Kai laughed as she accidently distracted Ruairi, and his water practice ended on his head.

"Oh, sorry," she apologized for his less-than-dry state. "I'm Kai. Nice to meet you," she said and offered her hand for a shake.

((is it just me or did that sentance sound weird?))

[Ruairí]

Ruairi, with a cheeky glint in his eyes, took Kai's hand and kissed it, like he'd seen some of the other guys do. "Very pleased to meet you Kai, I don't mind getting wet to meet a pretty lady like you." Enter winning smile.

In the mean time Padraig grunted and layed his head on his paw, the master was at it again.

[Kai]

((Really Suus? That didn't sound dirty or anything.))

Kai's cheeks turned pink when Rory kissed her hand. No one had ever done that to her.

"Padraig here is very cute," she said while facing the dog and not Rory. "Is it ok if I pet him?" she asked. Padraig was big, and looked like the kind of dog who you did not pet but used to hunt. But Kai liked dogs.

The magic circle had walls and a sleeping individual was sprawled on the narrow top surface, soaking in the sun through a thin cotton shirt. He had been knackered and couldn't be bothered with making more practice weapons today, so Jack had just wandered over to the nearest wall, hauled himself atop it and fallen asleep belly-up and snoring quietly. He sighed in his sleep, rolled over onto his side, resting his head on his arm blissfully unaware of the pair of students. "...Aye so yer can feck off..." he mumbled roughly and angrily in his sleep "...I'll tell ye where ye can stick yer treaty, parley my arse..."

((It wasn't meant to be so dirty D: And as if we could ever ignore that pirate xD))

"Go ahead, he'd probably love you for it. He's a bit puppy when petting is concerned," as Ruairi said it Padraig lifted his head, hopeful for some nice petting by the lady. He'd be perfectly fine ignoring her strange scent, birds weren't dangerous anyway, birds were just birds.

Ruairi, in the mean time, noticed Jack slumbering atop the walls. "Oh the fool," he muttered with a big grin. Taking some more of the water from the vat he sent it over to the sleeping pirate, being sure to gather all the H2O he could before letting it drop beautifully straight atop Jack.

"Gorgeous!" He exclaimed quite proudly. "Isn't it a bit early for you to be sleeping Jack?"

[Kai]

Kai kneeled next to the large dog, and pet him happily. She watched, unable to do anything, as Rory dropped a lot of water onto the sleeping pirate. She kept quiet though, and continued petting Padraig.

Off the wall he went, straight onto the ground below, water dripping from his already thin clothes. "Ye can feck off ye bastard!" he grumbled, the captain never liked being rudely awakened from a slumber, especially a nice one. The water that dropped around him, raised off the ground in small spikes, he was not happy about being awoken....he didn't even know who this guy was...either that or he couldn't remember who he was. Probably the latter but ah well. "Just who do'yer think ya are, tis bad luck to wake a sleepin' man" Rubbing his head and hearing the beads and his earing clink together he smirked toothily, eyes changing from the stormy blue to their usual calm baby blue...even though that didn't mean they twinkled slightly with mischief.

[Ruairí]

"Woah, woah dude! It's Ruairi, remember? The impossibly handsome guy walking around here?" He put his hands up, palm out, in a defensive gesture, but there was a huge goofy grin on his face.

Padraig looked up lazily, enjoying the petter far too much to intervene for his foolish master again. When things got lethal, he'd come in, and until then he'd enjoy the little pampering by the warm bird.

"Just figured you might be in need of a bit of a wake-up call ol' Jack. Been working too hard I bet?"

((We'd decided they were drinking buddies, right? D: ))

Face remaining seriously impassive fir a minute before breaking out into a toothy smirk, "Aye put yer hands down, two can play at silly buggers yah'na". Shaking himself to try and get the bothersome water out if his shirt, he resorted to stripping it and laying it to dry on the top of the wall. He was riddled with scars varying in size, age and origin, plus he had them nasty looking bruises on his back from where the armor had dug in too tight. "Course I remember ye, silly man, my mind isn't goin' just yet" Whistling out of tune he suddenly had fistfulls if water and flung them at the Celt, the pirate rocking back and forth on his heels as though he had done nothing. "I just don't know if I can remember ye sober"

[Ruairí]

"I still that's just a matter of time my piraty friend, a mind like yours can't last long, HEY!" Ruairi stepped back from the water Jack was flinging at him. "I'm already wet enough thanks to that lassie," he pointed at Kai who was still petting is useless dog.

"It's not my fault that one of us can't hold his alcohol," Ruairi jested. Dio had given him quite the appetite and stamina for the drink. "I do always kick your ass in drinking games."

[Guest]

"I may 'ave wandering thoughts but I know I always kick yer scrawny ass at the drink" Jack laughed, tracing his scars and looking kinda spacey. God he was distracted easily sometimes. Snapping back into reality he looked at the girl petting Padraig and smiled, nodding his head and crossing his arms. "Aye...what was yer name again lass, Kai ain't it? Well I don't know how I could forget such a pretty name that goes to such a pretty face" Swaggering around, tripping over his left foot occasionaly from sunstroke he resorted to sitting back upon the wall and looking down at the younger years. "Aye...so whats gannin' on 'ere then?"
