"The Gods were bored, that's why are here. A war between then would only please them the more." he said, feeling Amaranth leaving his seat.

As he entered into the water, Adratos avoided to look at her and ignored the heat. He was sweating a bit but didn't mind AT ALL.

Amaranth dived in and swam for a bit and then came up and went back to shore.

"It's true."

Amaranth smiled.

"Adratos, why wont you look at me?"

"For obvious reason." he mumbled, keeping his eyes on the grass.

"You are not in the most appropriate clothing. If you had any." he rolled his eyes and blushed more.

Amaranth giggled and walked over and hugged Adratos.

"Aw, your shy. Thats adorible."

She leaned in and kissed him

Dionysus smirked now was the time.

He coughed.

"Am i intrupting something?"

As that risky voice was heard, Adratos quickly broke the kiss and looked around, only to see Dionysus. He quickly stood up, putting himself in front of Amaranth.

"What are you doing here, Lord Dionysius?" he growled.

He smirked.

"What I can't visit my little Siren once in a while, i believe the rules lord Zeus set were not on a day with lessons and not during school hours. This is before school hours and you lessons is over. There I am allowed to be here."

Amaranth rolled her eyes and then paushed.

"Wait, what do you mean lord Zeus set up rules? He's siding with you?"

Adratos looked in confusing to Dionysius. "Lord Zeus let you do this?" his eyes opened wide. "Do you think I would actually be happy to see the God that tried to rape a lady? Keep dreaminh" he growled the more.

Dionysus smirked.

"I'm not here for you little centaur, im here for Lady Amaranth. And besides, she's not your Lady. So she's fair game.

Amaranth growled.

"I am not a piece of meat to be passed along thank you very much, now be a good god and poof away please."

"Who said she is not my Lady?" Adratos smirked, moving to wrap an arm around the siren't shoulders. This, of course, was just to make Dionysus go away.

Amaranth felt herself get dizzy, her knee's weak and she gently held onto Adratos, her face red.

Dionysus scowled.

"Oh, proove it, go on. If she's you lady you must whisper swee tnothing in her ear, and tell her you love her, and kiss her. Go on Centaur, proove it."

"My pleasure." It had been a while since he done such thing but he was good at lying. He lifted the siren's chin, caressing her face and approaching his lips on her ear "I love you...." he whispered and it hurt. It hurt badly since he was lying. Then he kissed her softly and looked at Dionysus. "Happy?" he smirked.

Amaranth clung to Adratos she was happy he'd done that but she knew it was a lie.

Dionysus scowled.

"Well then, I'll leave you for now, but i'll be back, when you cenatur are not around."

He smirked and appeared infront of Amaranth, stealing a quick kiss.

"By my little siren."

With those words he dissapeared.

Adratos panted lightly as soon as the God disappeared. His legs were shaky and he decided to sit down.

"Sorry, Amaranth...." he mumbled and scratched his head.

Amaranth cast Adratos a shaky smile, holding back tears.

"It's okay....I told you he would be back..thank you for defending me."

She sighed and sat down, leaning against Adratos's side, not uttering a word.

Adratos felt so bad right now. He shouldn't done that, he shouldn't. He knew that the last time he had told those words and hear those words, they hurted badly.

He looked away, avoiding Amaranth's eyes that would be probably tearful.

Amaranth took a deep breath and calmed down, she put her hands up to Adratos's face and gently turned it to face her.

"Listen, you did that for me I know. Don't worry. I'm fine. and besides sooner or later you'll say those word to me being genuine."

She smiled.

"and for the record. You kiss alot better when your drunk."

Amaranth smiled knowing he wouldn't remember.

Adratos blushed lightly as she placed her hands on his face. He didn't know what to say but avoided looking at her.

But as soon as she talked about a kiss, Adratos looked at her in confusion "What?" he blinked his eyes.

Amaranth giggled.

"I wanted to make you jealous. So...Lady Aphordite got Ares to dance with me and he ended up kissing me. Before then you had started drinking, alot..and you were drunk so we finihsed dancing and a i went over to you and dragged you out to get fresh air, and I said that Ares is a good kisser and you got upset."

Adratos flushed red as a memory came to his face. Gosh, he was feeling such a dumbass now.

"I'm sorry, Amaranth. I should never got drunk." he said, trying to stay firm.

Amaranth nodded.

"You shouldn't have but you did, and you can't change that. So forget it ever happened if you must."

Amaranth hugged Adratos.

"Although it will be hard for me to forget the jealous look on you face."

Amaranth kissed Adratos gently on the cheek and pulled away, she looked into his ruby colored eyes and smiled. She let go of him and sat back down gazing out upon the lake, wondering what he was thinking about.

How can I forget? I haven't kissed a girl in years...

Adratos sighed and looked at Amaranth while she gazed to the lake. "You know that if you want to be with me... you will have to tolerate my jealousy." he said with a serious look. He was a jealous guy and hated others that would flirt with the girl that he supposedly liked.
