Amaranth nodded

"It's the same for me. I'm sure you remember me nearly killing Azurith..."

Amaranth smiled at the idea, it diddnt sound so bad, but she knew now that her ring was back she would never do that.

Adratos nodded.

"Well, I have no love interest in other girls." he confessed, closing his eyes as he crossed his arms. He really never did, like he never had any for Amaranth until... well, he didn't know.

Amaranth smiled and hugged Adratos.

"Well, I guess i broke the chain. You like me...ne?"

Adratos remained silently for a few moments, thinking on what to answer.

"I enjoy your company...." he mumbled once more. It was always hard for him to show off what he felt for others. Even for Calix.

Amaranth nodded, she knows what he means.

She looked up...the sun was beginng to set, she felt her stomach protest..she was hungry.

Amaranth blushed.

"Adratos, common."

Amaranth took Adratos's hand and dragged him back to her room.

Amaranth closed the door and went over to the kitchen. Good thing she's a very good cook...having to prepare meals for seven hungry children was hard.

Amaranth began cooking.

"You can explore my room if you wish, there's no suprises."

And there he was again on her room. He sighed and took a sit on one of the pillows, smelling the air.

He was quite hungry and it smelled wonderfully. He looked around, nothing out of the ordinary indeed.

"Pretty room...." he mumbled.

Amaranth smiled.

"My room is modeled after my room back home."

Amaranth finished adding the diffrent spices and cooking all the food.

She fixed the plates and set them down on the table.

"So, Water or wine?"

Amaranth poured herself a glass of water.

"Dinner is served."

Adratos stood up and approached the table. "So, you do miss home..." he smirked "Water please..." he didn't want to see wine so soon.

Amaranth nodded and poured a glass of water. She sat down and began to eat.

"Well, yes, I miss my sisters but i know that I cannot return."

Amaranth smiled as they ate and enjoyed the silence and eachothers company.

"Is the food good?"



Raiane smiled as she watched her sister eating with a male centaur. Although she really diddn't like men she wants Amaranth to be happy. She sighed.

I should get back to the village...I'll tell the twins that she moved from the location she was at...she thought.

Amaranth stood up suddenly...she could feel them watching her.

She took a deep breath.

"Rainne, you can come in you know."

Amaranth smiled she knows her baby sister would never reveal her location.


Annie walked in smiling.

"Hello big sister."

Annie is like a clone of amaranth just much younger(13 XD) She has short pale blue hair.

She blushed as she looked at Adratos...she's never been this close to a man before.

"Hello...I'm Raianne...but everyone calls me Annie..."

Adratos took a bit of his food and nodded. This was great, way better then the junk in the mess wall.

His ears perked as he turned around to see a little copy of Amaranth.

"Your sister?" Adratos said, looking at Amaranth and then back to the little siren "Well, hello Annie.... Is she supposed to be here?" he said with frown, looking at Amaranth.

Annie blushed.

"Hello Mr. Centaur."

amaranth shook her head.

"Annie go back home, you shouldnt be here."

Amaranth glared at her sister.

Annie cringed.

"Your mean. when did you get married? Do i get to call him big brother?"

Annie ran over to Adratos and hugged him.

"Hello big brother."

Amaranth blushed.

"We're not married..."

Yet..she thought.

"Annie, please go home, here I'll make you a plate to eat, but you have to leave after okay?"

Annie nodded and dug into her plate.

"I miss you food sis."

Annie looked at Adratos.

"Hey, if you hurt her, I'll kill you okay."

Annie smiled.

Adratos flushed red "No we are not married. I'm just a student."

He moved to eat some more food before perking at Annie. Those words of hers sounded so freaking scary. He just nodded his way and moved to his food.

Annie smiled and finished eating, she went over to the kitchen area and washed her plate and dryed it and put it away.

"I'll be leaving now big sister, but count on when i turn fourteen i'm joining the Athenaeum. This way I can keep an eye on Mr. Centaur here. I have to wait another year though. I just turned thirteen."

Annie walked over to Amaranth and have her a big hug and a kiss on the lips.

"Bye bye big sis."

Annie walked over to Adratos and huged him and kissed him on the cheek.

"Take good care of her, she's very adsent minded and ditzy. Bye bye."

Annie waved as she dissapated in a puddle of water.

Amaranth blushed when her sister hugged and kissed her.

"Hey be good okay, take care of everyone and for the love of god, make sure Zara doesnt do anything stupid. Kay'?"

It was too late she was already gone. Amaranth sighed and sat back down.

"Dont worry about her, she's harmless."

Adratos blinked his eyes at the sight of the kiss "Did she just..... kissed you?" he twitched, that was disturbing to him.

"And I hope so.. I don't want a bunch of siren trying to kill me." he said, finishing his food.

Amaranth laughed.

"Kissing is a siren's greeting and a way of saying goodbye."

Amaranth smiled.

"Don't worry their all harlmell execpt Zira and Zara there three years younger than me and they would probably kill you but there not here and they wont be ever. So we're safe."

"I see....." gosh, that sounds lesbian, he thought, rolling his eyes.

"I hope not.... I really want to keep my skin on me. The food was great, by the way...." he mumbled.

Amaranth giggled.

"It's okay they won't hurt you and thank you. Common, I'll walk you back to the warrior's quarters, let's meet up again tomorrow. Im going go to sleep and rest up becasue tomorrow i wont let you win."

"Yeah, i should go back to my room and get some sleep.... I'm tired." he sighed, pushing the plate away and moving to the bedroom door.

"I won't let you win either..." he smirked.

Amaranth smiled And walked with Adratos to the warriors quarters.

"Goodnight Adratos, rest well."

Amaranth leaned in and kissed him.

Definitly will rest well, he thought not moving the kiss away but not kissing back either.

"Night.." he mumbled, entering the warrior's quarters.

Amaranth sighed and went back to her room.

-THE NEXT DAY.-

Amaranth sighed as she woke up, remembering the events that happened the day before, she dressed in her normal clothes not bothering to put on her heavy armor, she picked up only her sword, leaving her whip behind. She left and got there right on time. She had slept in she wasnt used to doing that.

Amaranth turned around when she heard footsteps.

Adratos had woke up earlier then the other days and had decided to wait for Amaranth outside her bedroom door.

As soon as he heard noises from inside, he knocked "Amaranth, I'm ready for the fight." he grabbed his sword.

Amaranth smiled and opened the door

"Goodmorning Adratos."

Amaranth closed the door behind her and locked it putting the key around her neck(It's on a chain.)

"Lets get going. I can't wait to win."

"Pfft, you wish high, lady." he smirked, moving outside and then to the training square.

Amaranth giggled.

"Alright lets get started. When I win, which i will lets go take a nap somewhere."

Amaranth drew her sword and charged at Adratos jumping into the air and aiming a downward slash at his right shoulder.
