Amaranth looked at Adratos she could see somethnig was wrong.

"My lady what have you done to him!"

Aphordite smiled.

"Nothing at all. Enjoy you time while he's in the state he'll be in you only have two days. Maybe it'll happen again next month...who knows."

Aphordite wink and vanished.

Adratos grabbed his head in order to stop spinning and felt the fur of his four legs go away and soon enough there was only a two leg men in front of Amaranth, completely naked.

"Wh-wha?!" Adratos looked at himself and tried to stand, eventually falling and covering his parts "WHAT THE Moooooo?!" he yelled.

Amaranth blushed franticlly searching for something so Adratos could cover himself. Amaranth took off her cloak and gave it to him..trying her hardest not to look.

"LADY APHORDITE WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO!"

Amaranth wanted to faint.

"Adratos, are you okay?"



Aphordite appeared before them and thrust a pair of clothing into Adratos's hands.

"Their Ares's, so treat them nicely. They should fit..."

Aphordite smirked.

"You two be good now. Oh and walking shouldnt be too hard Addy, you'll get the hang of it as soon as the dizzyness fades."

Aphordite giggled, winked and vanished.

Amaranth sighed.

"I am so sorry about this, I have no clue what the Moooooo that woman was thinking. I promise you i'll find a way to fix it."

Amaranth stopped and thought...Aphordite had said he'd be like this for two days.

Amaranth took a very..very deep breath she needed to calm down..but more importantly...she needed to make sure Adratos is okay.

Amaranth went over to him and put her hand on his forehead, to try and see if he was warm...nope..not at all.

"Well at least she diddn't make you ill."

Amaranth blushed and turned around.

"Um...I'll just...Go behinds that rock while you change."

Amaranth got up and hid behind the rock attemting to surpress the huge blush on her face.

Adratos took Amaranth's cloak before perking at Aphrodite's presence "I SO Moooooo HATE YOU RIGHT NOW!" he yelled at her, while picking up the clothes she throw him.

"She didn't make me ill, she made worse! She turned me into a freaking human, I have no fur! I miss my horsie parts!" he yelled, more pissed then ever. More then when he had to clean the stables.

As Amaranth went to behind the room, he was blushing as hard as ever. He took off his cloak and dressed Ares clothes, looking at himself when he was finished. "Not bad... BUT I WANT MY BODY BACK! I DONT WANT TO WAIT 2 DAYS!" he yelled and turned to the rock "You can come out now!" he screamed to her, his face red from shame and anger.

Amaranth nodded and emerged from behind the rock, her face still vibrantly red. "Well...you look great..the clothes fit perfectly."

Amaranth held back a giggle, she knew he was upset, later on she'd have to convince Aph to give her an antidote.

"I'll go and speak with my lady for a cure if you'd like."

Amaranth blinked, he was much shorter now...still taller than her by a good five inches but shorter than eight feet none the less.

"Well...we do have another dilema...how are we going to explain this to Mnem...I think it might be best if you stay in my room tonight...I'll sleep on the pillows."

"Yeah, yeah, perfect not perfect, I'm no longer a centaur!" he growled and tried to stood up, sucessfully this time.

"Yeah, I want you to speak with Lady Aphrodite and give me a cure! I don't want to wait 2 days!" he yelled, even though he knew it was not her fault.

And great, he now couldn't even sleep on his own bed. "Nobody can see me like this, you hear me? Nobody!" he growled.

Amaranth nodded.

"Common, let's get you back to the room. it's getting dark too so...the other students should be in the mess hall."

Amaranth took Adratos's hand and led him back to her room, she opened the door and walked in.

"Okay well, you can sleep on the bed, I'll sleep on the pillows." Pointing to the random mass of pillows in the corner.

"Bathrooms over there." She pointed to a door on the right side of the room.

"I'm going to start dinner, feel free to do whatever."

Amaranth walked into the kitchen and began to cook.
She was silently communicating with her lady.

"You my lady are one evil creature, can I please have a cure...He cant go outside like that."

Aphordite responed.

"Thats the point you dimwitt. HAve fun...and no I will not give you a cure, i busted my rear end making that and i even cut my finger for you. Now, you will wait the two days and under no circumstances...unless he gets sick will i turn him back."

Amaranth scowled as she was cutting onion she cut her finger.

"OUCH."

Adratos tripped several times while following Amaranth to her room. It was weird not having his four legs and he felt so much shorter now. Why Aphrodite? he cursed to himself and looked at the pill of pillows Amaranth had pointed out.

"Don't worry, I'll sleep on the pillows... I prefer them..." and walked, or tried to, to the bathroom so he could take a hot bath. He took off Ares clothing and entered the tub, trying to relax on the hot water. This is just a bad dream... I'll awake soon...

Amaranth healed the cut on her finger and finished up dinner. Adratos was still in the bathroom, he must be batheing.

"Adratos, dinner is done..when your ready."

Amaranth fixed the plates and poured two glasses of water before going into her closet to try to find something to 'sleep' in. She was used to not sleeping in anything and this time she couldnt do that.

Amaranth sighed as she found a tank top and a pair of shorts and her normal silk robe.

She laid them out and then went back and waited for Adratos to finish up so he could eat.

Adratos had his eyes closed, trying to relax and opened them up as he heard Amaranth's voice.

He got out of the tub and grabbed a towel, drying the best he could before putting Ares clothes on.

He stepped out of the bathroom, trying not to fall in the process and sat down on one of the chairs and started to eat silently. He was still pissed.

Amaranth sighed as she finished eating. She knew he was upset, having his body taken from him.

She stood up and did the dishes and then grabbed a few blankets, she set up the pillows so they would be comfortable for him, then she set the blankets down.

Amaranth looked at Adratos, she could feel his anger. She sighed and walking into the bathroom, she shed her cloths and got into the tub, soaking. When she was done she got dried off and reached for ehr pj's but they werent there.

"SHIT!"

Amaranth flushed.

"Hey Adratos...I need a favor from you."

Amaranth gulped.

"Can you go into my closet and grab my Pajama's I left them on the dresser. Short and robe and shirt...please."

Adratos was finishing eating when he hear Amaranth's voice and eyed to the pijamas on the dress "Just a sec." he replied, standing up and staggering to the pj's and moving to the bathroom door, knocking "Here Ama...." he said, opening the door, only placing his arm with the clothes inside."

Amaranth sighed in relief.

"Thank you."

She took the clothes and quickly got dressed. Then she sat down infron of the vanity and brushed her hair and then braided it so it wouldn't get tangled. Amaranth walked outside, the tiny silk robe covering ehr arms and her chest and lower reigons it stopped at mid thigh, and her tanktop showed a bit of cleavage.

Amaranth put her slippers on and went out onto the balcony, she gazed up at the stars, trying to figure out how the hell to get him out of the mess her sponsor started.

Adratos moved to the chairs once again and layed the head on the table in despair. He didn't know what to do.

Amaranth sighed and walked back inside. She noticed Adratos laying his head on the table. Amaranth walked over to him and gently rubbed his back. "I'll make sure you return to normal." Amaranth muttered. "I promise..." She kissed the top of his head gently. She walked over to her bed and lay down, not bothering to cover herself, she stared up at the ceiling and sighed. "Im so sorry..." She muttered.

Aphordite was busy concocting another poition when she screamed and realized.

"Moooooo..I GAVE HIM THE WRONG POTION. CRAP CRAP CRAP"

Aphordite frantically searched for the correct one, Instead of giving him the one that would last for two days she gave him the one that lasts over night.

"Shit...well then, I'll just have to get him to drink it next month sometime."

Aphordite stopped...well maybe not, we wasnt reacting well to this so it might not be a good idea. She sighed, somehow she always ends up screwing things up.

"whatever."

She just hoped this wouldnt come between them.

Aphordite pondered on telling Amaeranth, but she decided she'd leave it off...they'd figure it out in the morning when he wakes up back in his usual centaur form.

Amaranth sighed and rolled over she looked at Adratos.

"Goodnight...I love you."

Amaranth got under her covers and closed her eyes and soon sleep consumed her.

-the next morning-

Adratos eventually end up falling asleep on the table and woke up the next morning with the first sun rays.

He yawned and stood up, walking to the balcony to see the view. He found it odd that he heard the sound of hooves with no horses to be seen or even that he was walking without tripping. He then looked at his body and a huge smile came to his face. He was a centaur again! He pranced happily and trotted around the balcony. But... wasn't he supposed to be human for two days? Ah, the hell with it! He was half a horse again!

Amaranth yawned and got up and out of bed.
She blinked, Adratos was to where in sight, but the balcony doors were open. Amaranth smiled and walked over to the balcony. She was shocked Adratos was back to being a centaur.

Amaranth smiled and walked up behind him and gave him a hug.

"Morning, handsome."

Adratos was so happy that when Amaranth gave him a hug, he just lift her up and placed her on his back while trotting in circles. "I'm a centaur again~ It feels so good!" he cried with a smile on his face.

Amaranth giggled, he was so happy it made her happy. She smiled and leaned in and kissed him oon the cheek.

"Did you sleep well?"

"Bleh, I had way better nights.... sleeping with human legs does not make me sleep well..." he said, scratching his head. "Well, now I can come back to my classes... fortunatly."

Amaranth smiled.

"Oh? Well since your not used to them i can understand your discomfort."

Amaranth was still sitting on Adratos's back, she had to giggle he was so happy and all smiles this morning.

"Well then, shall I make us soemthing to eat?"

Amaranth hoped off and walked into the kitchen deciding of pancakes for breakfast. Flour, Milk, Eggs. She smiled as she cooked them. Everything was perfect before she called Adratos in to eat.

"Adratos, food's ready."

Adratos was thinking on eating in the mess hall but Amaranth was fast enough to make breakfast so he trotted his way to the table, where the pancakes where.

"Yummy" he mumbled with a smirk, digging in.

Amaranth smiled. She finished eating and cleaned up, and then she went in and got dressed into her casual clothes. She came out and went over the wrapped her arms around Adratos's torso, she rested her head on his shoulder and smiled.

Adratos finished up eating and stood up, ready to leave but Amaranth hugged him and he just rubbed her back "I got to go Amaranth... it's time for my classes, okay?" he said, breaking the hug.

Amaranth nodded.

"Alright, stay safe in class. Lets meet up by the lake at lunchtime." Amaranth smiled.
